How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Every order ships free, worldwide, with tracking.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your country. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Depending on your country, local authorities may charge import duties or taxes. These are not included in the order price and are the customer's responsibility.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email kenoglobalco@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Watches
What movement do your watches use?
Each model lists its movement and specifications on the product page under the technical details.
Are the watches water resistant?
Yes, each watch has its rating listed on the product page. They handle rain, splashes and hand washing. Don't swim or shower with them unless the rating says otherwise.
Will it fit my wrist?
Our straps are adjustable and fit most wrists. Case dimensions are listed on every product page so you can check the size before buying.
Rugs & Mats
Which size should I choose?
Check our Size & Care Guide. As a rule: 80×50 cm for a bedside or doorway, 120×80 cm under a desk chair, 184×125 cm and above as a centerpiece for a room or garage.
Are the rugs non-slip?
Yes. Every rug has a cotton canvas backing designed for grip. On very smooth floors, we recommend adding a rug pad.
How do I clean my rug?
Vacuum on a low pile setting and spot clean spills immediately with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash.
Will the colour match the photos exactly?
We photograph every design as accurately as possible, but hand-tufted pieces can show slight variations in colour and size (up to ±3 cm). That's part of the craft.

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original condition. See our Refund Policy.

Every piece comes with a 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty page.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.
