The KENNO.CO 2-Year International Warranty

We build every piece to be lived with, worn hard and walked on. That's why every KENNO.CO watch, rug and entry mat is covered by a 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the date your order is delivered.

What's Covered

Watches: movement failures under normal use, defects in the case, crystal, crown, buckle or hands, and loose or faulty components caused by manufacturing.
Rugs and entry mats: defects in tufting, backing, edge binding or materials, including pile shedding beyond normal levels, backing separation and binding failure.

What's Not Covered

Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, scuffs, fading or pile flattening over time;
Damage caused by accidents, impacts, misuse, improper cleaning or failure to follow the care instructions;
Water damage to watches beyond their stated water-resistance rating;
Straps, which are considered wear items;
Items that have been opened, repaired or modified by anyone other than KENNO.CO;
Loss or theft.

How to Make a Claim

Email kenoglobalco@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos or a video.
Our team will review your claim within 2 business days.
If the defect is covered, we will repair or replace your item free of charge. If the exact item is no longer available, we will offer an equivalent product or a refund.

Your Statutory Rights

This warranty is offered in addition to, and does not limit, the legal guarantee and consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence. In the European Union, this includes your 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
